Desert Foothills Youth Theater (DFYT) is an award-winning youth theater that was founded in 2006, and has been creating full-scale productions since the fall of 2008.
DFYT's mission is to develop creative, thinking actors who understand the teamwork, collaboration and discipline required to excel in the theater community. We spend time with each and every actor in our productions--helping them with character, physicalization and more. We push them in choreography and encourage proper projection and vocal development.
